Our Details Made Simple on-site coordinator for our outdoor micro-wedding ceremony was fantastic. The coordinator assigned to our event was named Shadé, so I am mostly speaking about Shadé specifically; however I’m sure all of the coordinators at Details Made Simple have the same level of excellence. Though my fiancé and I did a lot of the planning /vendor search ourselves, it was such a relief to know that we had a second pair of eyes and expertise during the planning stages, as well as a main point-person for the day of the ceremony. Shadé’s confidence and detail-orientated tactics made us feel calm and like our venue/decorations/vendors were FULLY under control! With an event that holds so much weight it’s natural to worry that the details of your day are not going to all “come together” smoothly, but our Coordinator truly eased up this concern for us entirely. No bride or groom wants to be bothered answering phone calls from vendors day-of, or handing out tip envelopes to vendors, or worrying about getting their hands dirty day-of; so she was definitely worth the money. Everything that I told my DMS coordinator, I only had to say once and she just GOT IT! She was always receptive, responsive, and friendly through email and phone, and perfectly professional at our ceremony to our guests and the rest of the public. If you are reading this now and you’re debating whether to hire a DMS coordinator or not, DEFINITELY spend the little bit extra and do it – you will not regret your choice!!! They can be as involved/ uninvolved as you need! Give them a call and discuss your vision. I’m so glad I came across them, and so glad to have gotten paired with Shadé.
